Last week, Mike experienced sleep paralysis (also known as “Old Hag”) for the first time in his life. During the paralysis, he saw “an ominous black figured” at the end of this bed. He researched sleep paralysis and found that many people have experienced the condition including vision of black figures. The following night, Mike set up cameras to film himself sleeping.
